THE BOND APARTMENTS

PD Remedial was engaged to refurbish the rooftop of a prime-location CBD residential apartment block.
The site provided a particularly challenging construction environment with tight access requiring all plant, materials etc. to be lifted to and from the rooftop via a 40 tonne mobile crane.
Existing screed and tile-bed has been completely removed from the rooftop and new torch-on membrane waterproofing system was reapplied along with new screed, above screed membrane (Butynol) and selected tile scheme as the final finish.
