Following numerous issues with flooding, PD Remedial was engaged to rectify the waterproofing and drainage issues at this inner-city apartment block. The bathrooms in several apartments were completely gutted and rebuilt from a shell. The terrace in the penthouse apartment had the tiles completely removed and replaced. Additional drainage was installed at the base of the outdoor stair to facilitate drainage after the inadequate existing drainage caused flooding in the lift. Other remedial work included repairs to the exterior render and repainting work.
