PD Remedial worked with St Luke’s private hospital, Lulworth House, a 154-bed extra-services aged-care facility, to create an outdoor terrace on a building that is heritage listed and retains its original façade. The second-storey terrace creates an open space that is protected from the weather which can be shared by the patients, their families and friends, plus the staff that care for them.
