The project entailed a full refurbishment and repair of a Level 15 balcony terrace, requiring complete demolition of existing features and structures. Following demolition, we poured new concrete hobs and toppings, applied a warranted screed and waterproofing system before installing new pavers, new doors and windows, and a new outdoor aluminium pergola sub-divided with timber screens.
