PD Remedial was engaged to remove the existing foyer flooring as it was deemed ‘not fit for purpose’ and it was replaced with tiles that met the current codes and standards. In addition, we were asked to conduct investigations to identity cause(s) of leaks to areas of the aged-care facility. We were successful in determining the cause of water entry and carried out all rectification works necessary to complete a full repair.
