PD Remedial were engaged to complete the replacement of over 100 windows to this multi-occupancy property. No residents had to be relocated during the works. Due to the location of the property all access to the façade was by swinging stages and boom lifts. PD Remedial were also contracted to re-waterproof multiple terrace areas throughout the property.
