With leaks within a strata building that had started to affect the integrity of the internal fixtures, PD Remedial was invited to investigate the cause(s). An investigation by consulting engineers was undertaken to determine the cause and point of water ingress. It was found the cavity flashing detail was incorrect and did not mitigate water. We were engaged to install new cavity flashings to all affected areas of the building.
